   This is the best keyboard I've used since my IBM PS/2 unit way back when. I've been looking for something with real spring feel and no 10 keypad for a long time and finally found it here. The lack of the useless 10 keypad allows you to keep your mouse much closer to the keyboard, so there's less reaching.
   
   The small size can make it a good companion keyboard for laptop users.
   
   Build quality is excellent, this thing feels solid all around and should last a long time. Probably longer than the rest of your system anyway.
   
   I like the firm feel of the keys in the Cherry MX Black "linear" springs, but if you want something a bit softer go for the Brown springs.
   
   It arrived from Japan less than a week after I ordered, which is amazing to me, so kudos to beNippon as well.
   
   The only negatives are the lack of multimedia controls and the keys make a bit more noise than the spongey membrane keyboards you find these days, but those are really minor points. Also availability is apparently limited, so snatch them up when they're in stock.
   
   A must have for keyboard connoisseur, software engineer, or anyone else who spends all day typing. I may have to buy another one for my work machine.
