All the products we sell are genuine Japanese products.

All brand-new electronic goods are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In most cases, the manufacturer provides a one year warranty from the day of purchase in Japan.

As the warranty is in most cases limited to coverage in Japan, or Asia, beNippon provides this service at no charge to its customers!

In the event your product is malfunctioning contact us without delay. We will see that the manufacturer resolves the situation through a product exchange or repair as soon as possible. We need to receive your product, original packaging, and product documentation 20 days before the end of the warranty.
